1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, checking the acceptance box, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DreamForge.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. DreamForge may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms.

4. User Content and Conduct

You may not upload copyrighted, illegal, pornographic, gory, or otherwise harmful content. You represent that you have all necessary rights and consents for uploaded content, including but not limited to rights of publicity and likeness.

5. Monitoring, Enforcement, and Removal

DreamForge does not actively monitor all content but reserves the right to remove any content or game at its sole discretion, with or without notice. You may report inappropriate content by email to legal@playdreamforge.com.

6. Ownership of Inputs and Outputs

You retain ownership of your uploaded inputs but grant DreamForge a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them. All AI-generated games and outputs are owned exclusively by DreamForge. DreamForge may use games for any purpose, including but not limited to promotion, remixing, monetization, or redistribution.

7. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated content is non-deterministic and may be inaccurate, unintended, offensive, or incomplete. The Service and all AI outputs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

8. Service Availability and Performance

DreamForge does not guarantee continued availability of any game, content, or feature. Content may be modified, removed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. The Service may experience interruptions, delays, or errors, and DreamForge makes no guarantees regarding uptime or performance.

9. Virtual Credits, Purchases, and Subscriptions

Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and purchases are final except where required by platform policies or law. Prices may change at any time. Purchased credits never expire.

10. Account Termination and Content Retention

Termination of an account does not automatically remove public content. Games may remain publicly available indefinitely unless deletion is explicitly requested by email to privacy@playdreamforge.com.

11. Platform Disclaimer

Apple, Google, and Valve are not responsible for DreamForge or its content.

12. Copyright and DMCA

Copyright complaints may be submitted to legal@playdreamforge.com.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamForge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DreamForge harmless from claims arising out of your content or misuse of the Service.

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

For U.S. users, disputes are resolved through binding arbitration with a class action and jury trial waiver. Non-U.S. users submit to Delaware courts.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

17. Changes to These Terms

DreamForge may update these Terms with at least seven (7) days' notice, unless immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
