By accessing or using DreamForge, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or have parental consent if under 13, to use DreamForge.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access DreamForge. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep login credentials secure.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.

We may allow third-party logins (Google, Apple, etc.).

4. User Conduct

Users may not:

• Upload or share illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
• Use DreamForge to harass, defraud, or impersonate others.
• Circumvent security measures or disrupt Service operation.

Violations will result in permanent account suspension and removal of offending content.

5. User-Created Content

• You retain ownership of your created games and content.
• By sharing or publishing a game, you grant DreamForge a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to host, display, promote, and distribute it within the platform.
• Private or unpublished games remain confidential and under your control.
• DreamForge may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, technology, software, and trademarks are owned by DreamForge Games Corporation. Users may not reproduce, sell, or commercially exploit DreamForge’s AI-generated content outside the platform.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

DreamForge is free to use but offers optional in-app purchases and monthly subscriptions. All purchases are processed through third-party stores (e.g., Apple, Google, Steam) and governed by their terms.

8. Termination and Suspension

DreamForge may suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, particularly for violations of these Terms, illegal behavior, or misuse of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

DreamForge is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or reliability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Miami-Dade County.

12. Policy Changes

DreamForge may modify these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
