DreamForge Games Corporation ("DreamForge," "we," "us," or "our") operates an AI-powered gaming platform that allows users to create, play, and share AI-generated video games (the "Service").

By accessing or using DreamForge, you acknowledge that content created or uploaded to the Service is not private and may be accessed by DreamForge employees and other users.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect email addresses, usernames, images, photographs, audio, voice samples, text prompts, game content, metadata, IP addresses, device information, usage logs, crash reports, diagnostic data, and cookies or similar technologies. We do not collect precise location data.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to operate and provide the Service, generate AI-powered video games, maintain platform safety and integrity, improve and develop the Service, and respond to legal or support requests.

4. AI Processing

User-provided inputs are processed by AI systems to generate game content. AI outputs are non-deterministic and may be inaccurate, unintended, or offensive. DreamForge does not train its proprietary AI models on user content, but may use operational data to improve the Service.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information may be disclosed to service providers acting solely on our behalf as data processors, such as cloud infrastructure or AI processing providers.

6. Visibility and Access

All games created on DreamForge are public by default. There is no private or restricted mode. DreamForge employees and other users may access, view, and interact with content.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@playdreamforge.com. Verified deletion requests are fulfilled within one (1) week, and data is permanently removed from active systems. Games remain publicly available unless deletion is explicitly requested.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for users 13 years of age and older. DreamForge does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

9. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights

Users may have rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to access, delete, or correct personal data. Requests may be submitted to privacy@playdreamforge.com.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy with at least seven (7) days' notice, unless changes are required immediately for legal or security reasons. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
